What’s that tune?
To identify the source of the music for a particular program, find the program by date or topic and look for the Music section of the Program Guide. It will list the title of the work and the Music Library or recording from which the selection was drawn.
Musicians Wanted!
Do you play country fiddle, banjo or guitar… piano, flute or harmonica? Are you a member of a jazz, blues, dixieland or country western band? Is classical guitar, polka or conjunto your style? Would you like your music featured on Texas radio as part of TEXAS STORIES?
We welcome the opportunity to help showcase the works of Texas musicians that compliment our programming. We are interested in instrumental recordings of original music, recordings of traditional, popular and classical works in the public domain, and recordings of copyrighted music for which permissions can easily be secured.
